The 14th of May 2017 is the 70th anniversary of the Piccolo Teatro: 25,500 days of “An art theatre for all” to look back on via the shows – both Italian and international – staged at the Teatro Strehler, Teatro Grassi and Teatro Studio Melato, as well as in a number of venues throughout the city, such as the Anfiteatro Martesana or the Beccaria juvenile detention centre, exhibitions and videos in the Rovello” space, along via Dante and in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, video-projections on the façade of the Strehler and Grassi, opportunities to meet international guests, concerts dedicated to Fiorenzo Carpi and an evening with Ornella Vanoni who will sing the songs of the “Mala”, the underworld, the publication of a book “In search of beauty”, shows and performers seen by Giulio Giorello in collaboration with the Piccolo Archives. Published and distributed by Corraini Editori, and much much more. In this context, the UTE will participate with its General Assembly between 20 and 21 May 2017.
